If you put up too much of a fight. You may have a condition known as “Burnout”. This symptom is caused by doing things that you don’t really want to do for a long time and accumulating non-stop. or do something else. To prevent that day, we have a good way to change minds. Adjust your life to be the top-form person again with these simple things you should do in the morning!

  1. Gradually adjust the time to sleep faster. Those who enjoy working hard may work until late at night. It’s a good thing that you love your work, but if you do it too often, your body will break down. Try to stop working three to four hours before bedtime. and sleep well before eleven o’clock because at this time your body begins to go into a deep sleep cycle. The more you sleep, the better your body and mind will rest.
  2. Try waking up 30 minutes earlier and drinking a glass of water or, if possible, a liter. The body itself loses water. Even though you’re not sweating, who slept in the air-conditioned room? The body will lose water to maintain the temperature and various functions needed for us to sleep soundly. We should compensate for this by drinking water from the moment we wake up.
  3. Walk or run for 30 minutes. Exercise is your best friend, as are sleep and food choices. We should exercise every morning to keep our bodies alert and gradually have more energy to do more things as we get stronger. Don’t be too heavy, but you should do it at least three times a week.
  4. Meditate for 10–15 minutes. Meditation allows you to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. Don’t think about anything but focus on your breath. to sharpen your decision-making abilities in dealing with events that will occur that day
  5. Prioritize what needs to be done. I believe that anyone who is busy or does many things has never done this. But we want you to try it. Which matter is urgent is clearly distinguished. or any other task that does not need to be completed in one day, you will manage your time more efficiently and feel less tired.
